I consistently receive great service at Goss Chevrolet as I did for years when it was Parkers. The service rep, Sam, was again very cordial and knowledgeable. Much appreciated.

We ordered a new truck and they made the process so easy. I knew what I wanted and they put it together and gave me a breakdown of everything including all the features. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire build process and sent me pictures as soon as it came off the truck. We did all the paperwork over the phone easily and once we got there it was a super quick and easy process to sign, go over the truck and drive off. This is the second truck I have bought from Goss chevrolet and the fourth from the Goss family of dealerships. I will be going back for my next vehicle. Also out of all the dealerships I have every delt with, this one has the best service department. Thank you Goss team. We love our new truck!

Excellent service and collision departments

Goss Chevrolet service dept. is the best . They are second to none. Brought my Malibu in for inspection with a check engine light on and it was fixed right the first attempt. The service advisor (Sam Lecuyer) was friendly and polite.and that means a lot today. THANK YOU for great service.

Not pleased. This car had been in the shop more then any car I have ever had and still not right. The driver side door seal was malformed by a bad piece of molding causing a loud wind noise. After the second trip they replaced the molding but NOT THE MALFORMED RUBBER GASKET and it still blows air. Now yet another trip in and lost time and wages for what should have been a simple repair. It's one thing after another after another.

Fast and was out the door before I knew it.
