Service department is very helpful and polite.

The great folks at Goss Chevrolet gave me an appointment for one issue I was having with my radio, which they fixed, and then an issue with my climate control popped up! They gave me another appointment immediately after that and replaced the radio which fixed the climate control problem! I'm very grateful for their attention and expertise in fixing my car!

Your whole dealership is awesome from the time I purchased my truck right up to your service department. Sam in service is awesome he always fits me with busy life.

Dealership had vehicle in on time and everything was as expected… Very happy. Much more superior service than our previous Buick / GMC dealer from another town we had utilized with our prior vehicle.
